Modernage Abbottabad invites dynamic and experienced educators to apply for the position of HOD Biology. As the Head of Department, you will oversee the biology curriculum, mentor teaching staff, and ensure exceptional academic outcomes for our students.
This is a leadership role designed for passionate educators with a strong academic background in Biological Sciences.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfill the following criteria:

• Minimum 7 years of teaching experience in Biology.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and modern pedagogical techniques.
• Proven record of excellent ETEA/MDCAT results.
• Strong communication, leadership, and ICT skills.
• Ability to lead teams and drive continuous departmental improvement.

Remuneration Package

Selected candidates will receive competitive benefits including:

• Salary: Rs. 100,000 - 150,000 (based on qualification & experience).
• EOBI and Meezan Tahafuz Pension Fund.
• Gratuity.
• Annual performance-based increments and bonuses.
• Two weekly holidays (Saturday & Sunday).
