Job Overview

PIFTAC is looking for a Helpdesk Assistant (Technical Support Staff) to handle technical support and ticketing/helpdesk systems.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized University OR Diploma of Associate Engineering in Electrical or Electronics or equivalent discipline from a recognized Institution.
Minimum 03 years of experience in IT support (Operating Systems, Windows, basic Linux/macOS, MS Office and common office software, Basic networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi), hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, scanners), ticketing/helpdesk systems).
