Qualification & Experience
To be considered for the Help Line Officer position, candidates must meet the following qualifications and experience criteria:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Nursing Studies and Information Technology.
- Technical expertise regarding complaints management, marketing, counselling session, clients' liaison, consumer services provision, and social media/android-based campaign management.
- Relevant experience in the field will be given preference.
- Candidates who are locals and domiciles of Balochistan will be given preference.

The last date for the submission of applications is 15th April 2025. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview. No TA/DA will be allowed for the test/interview.
