Health Management Cadre (BPS-18)

Opportunity Overview

To enhance healthcare delivery and management in Balochistan, the Divisional Director Health Services, Quetta Division, invites applications from qualified doctors for 67 vacancies in the Health Management Cadre (BPS-18). These positions are available at provincial and district levels within the Health Department of Balochistan. The initial appointment will be on a contractual basis for one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance or until regular appointments are made through the Balochistan Public Service Commission.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Qualification: MBBS/BDS or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University/Institute.
• Registration: Must be registered with the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC).
• Post-Graduation: Master's Degree in Public Health or a higher qualification in Public Health/Hospital Administration or DMCH (Pb)/DHA(Pb)/MSc (Community Eye Health) from a University/Institute recognized by HEC or PMDC.
• Experience: A minimum of three (03) years' experience in the relevant field.
• Domicile: Candidates from all over Balochistan are eligible (No Divisional Quota).
• Age Limit: As per the current policy of the Government of Balochistan.

Terms and Conditions

Appointments are contractual and shall not be regularized under any circumstances, but tenure may be extended. Successful candidates will receive pay according to BPS-18 along with applicable allowances. Postings can be anywhere in Balochistan. Government/Semi-government/autonomous employees must apply through the proper channel with an NOC. Candidates terminated or dismissed from previous government positions due to disciplinary issues, moral misconduct, or offenses are ineligible. Concealment of facts or forged documents will lead to dismissal and legal action. No TA/DA will be provided for interviews.

This includes: valid PMDC registration, educational certificates, experience certificates, local/domicile certificate, CNIC, four passport-size photographs, and an updated CV.

The deadline for application submission is 30th April, 2025. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

Interviews: Interviews for these positions are scheduled to take place on 2nd & 3rd May 2025 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the application submission address.
