Opportunity Overview
To address the need for qualified health managers, the Divisional Director Health Services, Quetta Division, invites applications for 58 vacancies in the Health Management Cadre (BPS-17). These roles are crucial for improving health service delivery and management at provincial and district levels within the Health Department of Balochistan. Appointments are initially on a one-year contract, which may be extended based on performance or until regular appointments are made via the BPSC.Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:- Qualification: MBBS/BDS or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University/Institute.
- Registration: Must hold valid registration with the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC).
- Post-Graduation: Possess a Master's Degree in Public Health or a higher qualification in Public Health/Hospital Administration or DMCH (Pb)/DHA(Pb)/MSc (Community Eye Health) from a University/Institute recognized by HEC or PMDC.
- Domicile: Open to candidates from all over Balochistan (No Divisional Quota).
- Age Limit: In accordance with the Government of Balochistan's current policy.
Terms and Conditions
These are contractual positions and will not lead to regularization, though the contract period may be extended. Successful candidates will be paid according to BPS-17, including applicable allowances. Candidates must be prepared for posting anywhere in Balochistan. Those currently employed in Government/Semi-government/autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel with an NOC. Individuals previously terminated or dismissed from government service for disciplinary reasons, misconduct, or offenses are not eligible. Providing false information or forged documents will result in immediate dismissal and potential legal consequences. No travel or daily allowance (TA/DA) will be admissible for the interview process.How to Apply
