Divisional Public School & College Faisalabad is seeking a qualified and experienced Headmistress for their DPS&C Girls Section (Main Campus). This leadership position requires strong academic and administrative management skills to oversee school operations effectively. The appointment will be made on a three-year contract basis, with an initial one-year probation period.

Job Requirements and Skills

Applicants must hold an M.A or M.Sc degree. Candidates are required to possess at least 10 years of teaching experience alongside 3 years of administrative experience in academic management within reputed educational institutions. Experience as a Vice Principal, Deputy Vice Principal, Headmaster, Section Head, or Coordinator counts towards administrative experience. Required skills include excellent English communication, computer literacy, strong administration capabilities, and expertise in financial, human resource, and academic management.
