Job Overview

ZTBL, a AAA rated renowned specialized financial institution, is inviting applications for the position of Head Operational Risk Unit (VP-I / VP). If you have extensive experience in banking and risk management, this role is ideal for you.

Experience and Qualification

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in Bank or Financial Institutions, including at least two years of relevant experience at a senior managerial level in operational risk management. A minimum Bachelor degree from an HEC recognized Institute or University (National or International) is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Operational Risk Unit in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating operational risks.
• Implement Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) across the Bank.
• Design and Oversee Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), Key Risk Indicators (KRI's), and maintain bank wide risk registers.
• Supervised bank wide accurate recording and reporting of Loss Data, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Monitor bank wide tolerance and appetite levels in Operational Risk.
