Head of Information Technology

Job Purpose

The Head of IT is responsible to provide Strategic IT Leadership & Digital Transformation by leading end-to-end modernization of IT infrastructure and ERP system into a scalable, integrated platform. The role involves ensuring ERP & Business Systems Optimization by assessing, redesigning and implementing a next-generation ERP system tailored to operations—improving inventory, procurement, production planning, and reporting. Reporting to the CEO, the Head of IT will be part of the Senior Management team and is to ensure Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Resilience by conducting vulnerability assessments, implement advanced threat detection and harden IT infrastructure against cyber risks. The incumbent will also conduct IT Governance, Compliance & Audits by establishing and enforcing IT policies, controls, and documentation frameworks to meet regulatory and internal audit requirements.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualification: Master's/Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Certifications preferred: ITIL, COBIT, PMP, CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001, or ERP-specific credentials (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Age: Max 40 Years.
Experience: 11-15 years in progressive IT roles with 3-5 years in leadership (manufacturing/production environment highly desirable).

Required Skills

Deep expertise in IT strategy, governance, and ERP optimization for manufacturing environments. Strong ability to assess and upgrade complex IT systems, ensuring scalability and security. Proven skills in project management, budgeting, and risk mitigation. Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building capabilities.
