Job Overview

The TDCP-Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management (ITHM) is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Culinary Arts. This individual will be responsible for leading the culinary training programs, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the curriculum is up-to-date with industry standards. This is a two-year contract position for a creative and passionate culinary expert.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this senior role, applicants must have:

• Education: BS in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.
• Experience: 8-10 years of experience in culinary arts, restaurant operations, and trainings, with a preference for 03 years in a senior role.
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years.

Salary and Benefits

A highly competitive and negotiable salary is on offer:

• Salary: PKR 250,000 - 300,000 per month.
