Head of Corporate Sales Business

About the Role

Alrazouki Exchange is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the Head of Corporate Sales Business position. In this role, you will drive growth, build partnerships, and create impact by leading our corporate sales team. If you have a strong background in corporate sales within the UAE exchange house, banking, or financial services sector, we invite you to apply and join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve business growth.
• Identify and acquire new corporate clients for Remittance, WPS, Payroll and other financial services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate customers.
• Lead, mentor and manage the corporate sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business plans and performance reports.
• Coordinate with Operations, Compliance and Marketing teams for seamless customer service.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with CBUAE regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the UAE exchange house, banking or financial services sector.
• Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
