Job Overview
The Government of Sindh, through its Services, General Administration & Coordination Department, intends to fill numerous vacant positions ranging from BPS-05 to BPS-15 across various departments. To facilitate this recruitment process, SIBA Testing Services (STS) is conducting a mandatory screening test for candidates falling under the Graduation Category. Passing this test is a prerequisite for consideration for these upcoming government jobs in Sindh.Eligibility Criteria
Candidates interested in appearing for the screening test must meet the following criteria:- Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (equivalent to 14 years of education) from a university or institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or Degree Awarding Institutes (DAIs).
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 30 years of age as of the application closing date (12 May, 2025). Age relaxation will be applicable as per existing government rules.
- Domicile: Must possess a valid Domicile Certificate and PRC (Form-D) of Sindh Province.
- Experience: While not mandatory for the test, 03 years of relevant experience will be considered beneficial for subsequent recruitment.
- Passing Score: A minimum score of 40% is required to pass the screening test.
- Legal Basis: The test is conducted under the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion & Transfer) Rules, 1974, Rule 5(1) and relevant notifications.
How to Apply
Follow these steps to apply for the screening test:1. Visit the STS application portal: http://apply.sts.net.pk.
2. Complete the online application form accurately.
3. Upload scanned copies of the required documents: CNIC, Domicile, PRC-D, Recent Photograph, and Last Acquired Degree/Transcript (Minimum Bachelor's - 14 years). Candidates applying under the disability quota must also upload their valid Disability Certificate.
4. After submitting the online application, download the system-generated fee challan of Rs. 1500/-.
5. Deposit the fee in any online branch of Allied Bank Limited (ABL). Payment can also be made through the MyABL mobile app or Allied Bank Internet Banking portal using the 1Bill Consumer ID mentioned on the challan.
6. The application fee is non-refundable.
7. Ensure your online application is submitted completely before the deadline: 12 May, 2025.
Important Information
- Government employees must apply through the proper channel.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for participating in the screening test.
- Information regarding the test schedule (date, time, venue) will be communicated via SMS and posted on the STS website (https://www.iba-suk.edu.pk/sts/announcements). Candidates are advised to check the website regularly.
- Candidates who previously appeared in the Graduation Category test and wish to improve their score are eligible to re-apply.
- Providing false information may lead to disqualification at any stage.
