Prospective candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace, or IT, or any other related technical field. The degree must be acquired from an institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). A minimum of ten years of relevant experience in quality control, quality assurance, or related technical fields is essential, demonstrating a deep understanding of quality management principles and practices. Certifications in Quality Management will be considered a significant added advantage, reflecting specialized expertise in this domain. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, analytical, and possess strong problem-solving capabilities.Key Responsibilities
The General Manager (Quality Control) will diligently monitor production processes to maintain consistent quality across mechanical, electrical, and avionics components. A primary responsibility will be to coordinate closely with design and production teams to proactively identify and resolve any quality-related issues, ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions. This role requires a proactive approach to quality assurance, involving regular inspections, audits, and adherence to international quality standards. The individual will also be responsible for recommending and implementing improvements to enhance product quality and process efficiency continually, playing a crucial role in maintaining the organization's reputation for excellence.Application Process
