Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

Premier Consultancy Group is looking for a Full Stack Web Developer who thrives in building high-performance web applications from the ground up. You will be working across the full development lifecycle—designing, building, deploying, and maintaining scalable and modern web solutions. This is a hybrid position based in Lahore, Punjab. Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities for this role include:

• Design and develop robust, scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Next.js, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Build high-quality frontends using React.js and Next.js (server-side rendering, static generation, and API routes).
• Develop backend services, RESTful APIs, and integrations using Node.js and Express.js.
• Integrate CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) seamlessly with websites for lead capture, user syncing, and campaign tracking.
• Optimize application for speed, responsiveness, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Work with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and design systems into responsive components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, operations) to define and implement features.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications and ensure smooth deployments.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong command over the MERN stack.
• Advanced proficiency in React.js and Next.js.
• Deep understanding of Node.js and Express.js for backend services and API development.
• Proven experience integrating CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) with websites and handling API authentication, data mapping, and sync logic.
• Familiarity with MongoDB and Mongoose for data modeling and management.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools (Vercel, Netlify, or custom setups).
• Passion for clean, maintainable code and scalable architecture.
