As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining system interactions, internal tooling, and middleware for our voicebot and core systems. The ideal candidate is proficient in building REST APIs, implementing webhooks, and creating dashboards, with a strong focus on integrating with platforms like VAPI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, efficient, and scalable solutions.Required Qualifications
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on system interactions and API development.
- Proficiency in lightweight backend frameworks such as Express.js, Flask, or similar.
- Strong experience building and consuming REST APIs and integrating third-party systems.
- Hands-on experience with VAPI or similar voicebot platforms for building and integrating voice-based applications.
- Familiarity with implementing webhooks, logging systems, and real-time data processing.
- Experience developing dashboards and internal tools using modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT) and building secure middleware.
- Proficiency in database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
