Organization Overview

The Forest Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is recruiting suitable candidates for the post of Forest Guard (BPS-08) within the Kalam Forest Division, Swat, based on the provincial government's recruitment policy.

Position Details

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible:

• Education: Intermediate (Science) from any recognized Board.
• Age Limit: 18 to 25 years. Age relaxation will be applicable as per government rules.
• Physical Standards:
  - Height: Minimum 5 feet 6 inches.
  - Chest: Minimum 32 inches (unexpanded) to 34 inches (expanded).
  - Physical Fitness Test: Must pass a 3 Kilometer run within 12 minutes.
• Domicile: Candidates must possess a domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Preference will be given to residents of Swat district as per zonal allocation rules.
• Fitness: Candidate must be physically and mentally fit and free from any disability.

Selection Process

1. Screening Test conducted by ETEA (Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency).
2. Physical Endurance Test (Running).
3. Interview.
4. Final selection based on merit, considering zonal quotas and successful completion of all stages.
5. Selected candidates will need to provide a Police Clearance Certificate.

Terms and Conditions

• Recruitment will follow the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's policy and zonal allocation.
• Government employees must apply through the proper channel.
• Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
• No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.
• The department reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment process.

How to Apply

1. Interested candidates must apply online through the ETEA website: www.etea.edu.pk.
2. After submitting the online application, download the system-generated deposit slip.
3. Deposit the prescribed test fee through Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, or designated bank channels mentioned on the deposit slip.
4. Online application submission starts from 22 April 2025.
5. Application Deadline: The last date for online application submission is 20 May, 2025.
6. Keep the original deposit slip (ETEA copy) and a copy of the online form for your record; do not send documents to ETEA/Department before the test.
7. Candidates will be informed about the test date and venue via SMS and the ETEA website.
8. Candidates are required to bring original documents (CNIC, Domicile, Educational Certificates, Photos) at the time of the physical test/interview.
