Job Description

NRSP / UPAP Islamic Microfinance is hiring Field Staff for microfinance operations. The role involves fieldwork and community mobilization.

Requirements

Candidates should be Intermediate graduates with a maximum age limit of 25 years. Matric pass candidates can also apply for specific field roles.

Salary & Benefits

The monthly salary is 40,000 PKR with increments after probation. Facilities include medical coverage, bonuses, provident fund, and EOBI.
