Female Vaccinator/LHV/Midwife

Program Overview

Under the Chief Minister Initiative Punjab, the Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department is conducting walk-in interviews for the recruitment of LHV/Female Vaccinators for the 'Clinic on Wheel' program managed by the Integrated Reproductive Maternal Newborn Child Health & Nutrition Program (IRMNCH&NP), Gujranwala. This program aims to provide essential health services to the community.

Position Details

• Post Name: Female Vaccinator/LHV/Midwife
• Number of Posts: 07
• Qualification: Diploma in LHV/Midwifery issued by Punjab Medical Faculty or a recognized Board/Institute.

Terms and Conditions

• Recruitment is purely temporary/contractual on a daily wage basis. Candidates cannot claim regularization.
• Appointment follows the contract policy 2004, initially for a maximum period of 89 days.
• The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts without prior notice.
• Interviews are scheduled; no separate call letters will be issued. Rejected applications will not be considered.
• Only candidates domiciled in Punjab are eligible. Preference will be given to residents of Gujranwala district.
• The selection committee's decision will be final and cannot be challenged.
• Standard government rules regarding age relaxation apply.
• Absence during the interview will lead to disqualification. Poor performance can lead to termination.
• Selected candidates will perform morning/evening duties.
• Payment will be made via Cross Cheque / Branchless Banking / Mobile Wallet.

Walk-in Interview Details

Interested candidates must appear for a walk-in interview on 18 April 2025.
Venue: Office of the Coordinator, IRMNCH & Nutrition Program, Gujranwala.
Required Documents: Candidates must bring the following documents (original and attested copies) along with their application on plain paper:

• CNIC (National Identity Card)
• Domicile Certificate
• Educational Certificates/Diplomas
• 2 Recent Passport-Size Photographs
