Position Overview

The Medical Superintendent Govt Mental and General Hospital Dadar, Mansehra invites applications from suitable candidates domiciled in District Mansehra (Hazara Division, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) for the post of Female Clinical Technician Surgical (BPS-12). This role involves assisting in surgical procedures and maintaining relevant equipment within the hospital.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum requirements for this position are:

• Education: At least 2nd Division Secondary School Certificate (Matric).
• Diploma: A 2-year Diploma in the relevant field (Surgical Technology) from the Medical Faculty, Peshawar.
• Age Limit: 18 - 30 years. Relaxation in age is admissible as per existing Government rules.

Preference will be given to candidates holding domicile of District Mansehra. Candidates from adjacent/nearest districts may be considered if local candidates are unavailable, subject to fulfillment of all codal formalities.

Terms and Conditions

1. Candidates will appear in an ETEA screening test. Ineligibility at any stage leads to disqualification.
2. All applications require creating a profile on the ETEA website, obtaining an E-Sahulat token after CNIC verification from NADRA-e-Sahulat, and paying the test fee.
3. Interviews are for shortlisted candidates only, based on ETEA test results.
4. Screening is based on the ETEA test.
5. Eligibility must be met by the application closing date.
6. Incomplete/late applications will be rejected.
7. Age relaxation as per Govt. rules.
8. Government/Semi-Government employees must apply through proper channels.
9. Separate applications and fees are required for each post applied for.
10. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel/reject applications or change the number of posts.
11. Errors/omissions are subject to rectification.
12. Misinformation leads to exclusion from the recruitment process.
13. Information will be displayed on the hospital notice board.
14. Shortlisted candidates must provide attested photocopies immediately to the Medical Superintendent's office.
15. Original documents (CNIC, attested photocopies) are required at the interview.
16. Document verification fees are payable by the candidate. False information leads to appointment cancellation.
17. No TA/DA for test/interview.
18. HEC equivalency certificate required for foreign degrees.

How to Apply

Interested candidates must apply online through the ETEA website: www.etea.edu.pk.
1. After successful online submission, generate the prescribed online deposit slip (containing Token Number, Project Code, and Personal Information).
2. Print the deposit slip and pay the non-refundable test fee through Easy Paisa app/agent, Jazz Cash app, or any UBL Bank branch/UBL OMNI agent.
3. Keep the original deposit slip (Candidate Copy) with the bank stamp. Do not share it.
4. Do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office after applying online. Copies will be required from candidates qualifying the screening test, as requested by ETEA or the appointing authority.
5. Online applications are available from May 1st, 2025.
6. The last date for online application submission is 20 May, 2025.
7. Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download/print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Ensure you provide a valid, non-converted mobile number.
8. Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
9. No separate call letter will be issued via post/courier.
