Meezan Bank, The Premier Islamic Bank, is seeking an experienced and qualified individual for the position of Executive Secretary at their Head Office located in Karachi.Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:- Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience as an executive secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in English Literature, from an HEC recognized institute/university. A qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred.
Job Description
The core responsibilities of the Executive Secretary include:- Manage the Group Head's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and prioritize incoming correspondence (emails, letters, etc.) and respond on behalf of the Group Head as necessary.
- Coordinate and prepare documents for meetings, presentations, and internal/external communications.
