Job Overview

A public sector organization is currently seeking an experienced, analytical, and results-driven ERP Consultant to lead the end-to-end implementation, oversight, and post-development optimization of an ERP system in a technologically challenging environment.
This is a contractual position offering a competitive, negotiable pay package.

Requirements & Qualifications

Qualification:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or Finance/Accounting.

Certification:
Relevant certifications in ERP software.

Experience:

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in full-lifecycle ERP implementations within manufacturing, industrial environment.
• Expertise in process mapping, workflow design, internal controls and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Process Assessment & Gap Analysis:
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies and control weaknesses.

ERP Design & System Integration:
Implement an ERP-based model that integrates sales, procurement, production, inventory management and financial / costing systems.

Real-Time Data & Business Intelligence:
Guide in development of real-time dashboards and analytical tools to monitor Cost trends, Procurement efficiency and Resource utilization.

Continuous Optimization & Reporting:
Identify inefficiencies and process bottlenecks through data analysis and recommend corrective actions.
