Job Overview

The Sindh Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (SICVD) is inviting applications for the position of ECG Technician (BPS-11). The ECG Technician will be responsible for performing electrocardiogram (ECG) tests on patients to help physicians diagnose heart conditions. This role requires precision and patient care skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ECG tests on patients as per standard procedures.
• Prepare patients for ECG procedures, explaining the process and ensuring comfort.
• Operate and maintain ECG equipment.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of ECG recordings.
• Maintain patient records related to ECG tests.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have:

• FSc (Pre-Medical).
• Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., ECG Technology, Cardiac Care Technology).
• 02 years of experience in performing ECG tests.

The age limit for this position is 28 years. General age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
