Driver (BPS-06)

Job Overview

The Directorate General of Mines and Minerals, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is seeking applications from eligible candidates domiciled in District Peshawar for the regular post of Driver (BPS-06). This position offers an opportunity to join a government department and contribute to its operational efficiency. The selected candidate will be posted at the Minerals Testing Laboratory, Hayatabad, Peshawar.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Driver (BPS-06) position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Educational Qualification: At least Second Division Secondary School Certificate from a recognized Board.

• Driving License: Must be in possession of a valid HTV/LTV Driving License.

• Practical Experience: A minimum of three years’ practical driving experience is mandatory.

• Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years of age. Age relaxation will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.

• Domicile: Applicants must possess a domicile certificate of District Peshawar.

General Terms and Conditions

1. The candidate must possess domicile of District Peshawar.
2. Interview call letters will be issued to short-listed candidates only.
3. Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.
4. Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
5. Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.
6. Candidates currently working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.
7. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post.
8. Original documents along with one set of attested copies of all relevant documents must be produced at the time of the Interview.
9. The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the whole process without assigning any reason.
10. Unclaimed qualifications or degrees acquired after the last date of advertisement will not be accepted.
11. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/Interview.
12. Applications from candidates who provide incorrect information will not only be rejected but will also be proceeded against with strict action.
13. Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.
