Job Overview

The Environment Protection & Climate Change Department (EP&CCD), Government of the Punjab, is seeking applications for the post of Driver based in Lahore. This role supports the Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU) EP&CCD. Applicants must be domiciled in Punjab. The position is funded through an ADP scheme.

Key Responsibilities

The Driver will be responsible for operating departmental vehicles safely, transporting staff and materials as required, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and performing basic vehicle checks. A valid driving license and knowledge of traffic rules are essential.

General Instructions and Conditions

• Candidates must have a Punjab domicile.
• This is a temporary position, lasting until the project/program completion.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the test/interview.
• Applicable government recruitment rules and policies will be followed.
• Existing government servants should apply via the proper channel, including an NOC.
• Incomplete applications will not be considered.
• No TA/DA is provided for attending the test/interview.
• The Department may change the number of posts.
