Job Overview

CBD Punjab is hiring a Document Controller for our HR & IT department. The ideal candidate will have an Intermediate qualification and significant experience in document management. This role involves managing, organizing, and maintaining all HR and IT related documents and records, in both physical and digital formats, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing, organizing, and maintaining HR and IT related documents and records.
  • Ensuring all documents are correctly filed in both physical and digital formats.
  • Controlling the distribution of documents and maintaining version control.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of document control procedures.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and security of all documents.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Intermediate OR relevant qualification.
  • Minimum Experience: 5 years in document control or a similar role.
  • Required Skills: Expertise and knowledge in managing, organizing, and maintaining all HR and IT related documents, records both in physical and digital formats. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

10. Minimum and Maximum age limit will be as per the Labor Laws and applicable Government Regulations.
