Eligibility Criteria

Merit shall be calculated on the basis of the HSSC (Pre-Medical) Part-I result. However, admission shall be subject to the candidate passing the complete HSSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks in aggregate. In case a candidate fails to secure the prescribed minimum 60% marks in aggregate in HSSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent, their admission shall stand cancelled, irrespective of his/her merit position. The candidate shall qualify the Institutional Admission Entry Test 2026 by securing a minimum of 50% marks.

Admission Application Form

Candidates interested for admission in the above-mentioned Degree Programme can apply on the prescribed Admission Form which is available on cost Rs.1000/- (fee non-refundable) from H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Institute of Allied Health Sciences, Dari Sanghi, Rahim Yar Khan. The candidates may submit their applications by hand or by registered post to the office of the Administrator, H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Institute of Allied Health Sciences, Dari Sanghi, Rahim Yar Khan. The applications received after the due date shall not be entertained.

Attested Documents to be Attached

Attested certificates to be attached (Attested by Government Officer having grade-17 or above):

• Secondary School Certificate (Matriculation).
• Higher Secondary School Result Card-I (Pre-Medical).
• Domicile Certificate of the Punjab.
• Character Certificate from the institution last attended.
• CNIC of his/her own and Father / Guardian.
• Four (04) recent passport size photographs.
• Original Fitness Certificate issued by a registered Medical Practitioner/Government Medical Officer.
• Disability Certificate (if applicable).
• Equivalence Certificate issued by the IBCC (for foreign qualifications).
• PMF diploma qualifications equivalence certificate issued by the IBCC (if applicable).
