They are seeking the services of highly qualified, results-oriented, energetic, and enthusiastic legal professionals with impeccable integrity for their Prosecution and Legal Affairs Division on a contractual basis.

Position Overview

This is a senior leadership role for a Division Head/Executive Director (Prosecution & Legal Affairs Division) based in Islamabad. The successful candidate will lead the division, providing strategic legal guidance and overseeing prosecution and legal affairs. One position is available.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• LL.B. or LL.M. from a reputable, HEC-recognized university.
• Must be enrolled as an advocate of the High Court.
• Candidates enrolled as Advocates of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, who have reported judgments in corporate law, and demonstrate experience in legal advisory and legislative drafting will be given an advantage.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have completed a Bar-at-Law course after LL.B. or have obtained an LL.M. degree and have prior experience in the financial sector.

Post Qualification Experience:

• A minimum of 20 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in corporate law.
• At least 5 years in a senior legal leadership role, such as head of the legal department within a large, reputable organization.
• Demonstrated proven leadership, policy advisory expertise, and strategic oversight.

Age:

• The maximum age limit is 55 years as of the application deadline.

Job Nature & Duration

The position is offered on a contractual basis for an initial period of 03 years. This contract is extendable based on need and performance.
