Job Overview

The Office of the Director General/Administrator, Punjab Human Organ Transplantation Authority (PHOTA), Lahore, is seeking eligible candidates domiciled in Punjab for the post of Director Technical. This is a contract position for a period of five (05) years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance. The selected candidate will be based at the Head Office in Lahore.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: M.B.B.S with a diploma in management or level-II qualification as defined by the PMDC.
• Experience: At least 10 years of experience at management level in medical institutions/hospitals.
• Preference: Experience in health-related projects of autonomous organizations would be preferred.

Age Limit

The upper age limit for this position is 55 years.

Pay Package

A lump sum pay package of 275,000/- PKR per month will be offered.

Applicants must submit their applications on the prescribed proforma, downloadable from phota.punjab.gov.pk, to the (Dairy Section at the Office of the Director General/Administrator, PHOTA, 39-Shadman-1, near Shadman Market, Lahore) along with attested copies of the following mandatory documents:

• Updated CV (Curriculum Vitae)
• All educational Degree/Diploma/Certificates
• Provisional Certificate / Result Card(s)
• All experience Certificates till the date of applying
• PMC/PMDC Registration Certificate (only for doctors)
• National Identity Card
• Domicile
• 3-Fresh passport size-colored photographs
• If the applicant has a foreign degree, they must attach an HEC equivalence certificate.
• A non-refundable bank draft of Rs. 1,500/- in favor of the Director General/Administrator, PHOTA, Lahore. Applications for this post will not be considered without the prescribed bank draft.

Applicants must clearly mention whether they are applying for the Head Office & Organ Procurement Cell (Lahore) or a Sub-Office (Multan, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad). Separate applications, complete documents, and bank drafts are required for each Gazetted post and each office.

Important Instructions:

• Appointment will be made according to the Contract Policy-2004 & Recruitment Policy-2022 Government of the Punjab.
• The educational Degree & Experience Certificates will be verified by the Authority. Any forged/bogus documents or deceit will render the appointment void.
• Government servants should submit their applications through the proper channel.
• Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview/Test.
• The Authority reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts at any level without assigning any reason.
• Incomplete applications and documents will not be entertained.
• Age relaxation has already been included in the upper age limit mentioned.
• No TA & DA will be allowed for the test/interview.
• Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in offices of PHOTA across Punjab.
• The last date for submission of applications is 25th June 2025 latest by 5 PM. After that, any Daak/Courier Service/by hand application will not be accepted.
