Job Overview

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Care Commission invites applications from qualified, experienced and dynamic professionals for appointment against the position of Director Quality on a contract basis. This is a senior management role designed for individuals with expertise in healthcare quality management, public health, and regulatory compliance within health care establishments.

Qualification Requirements

Candidates must possess a Medical or Dental graduate degree with a master's degree in health management, public health, or equivalent from an HEC recognized institution or university. Certification in quality management of health care establishments will be an added advantage.
OR
Sixteen (16) years of education in medical sciences with at least a certificate course in healthcare quality.

Experience Requirements

Applicants must have at least ten (10) years of post-qualification experience on management positions in public or private sectors. Adequate knowledge of laws, rules, regulations, and procedures pertaining to health care establishments is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates who can provide experience of quality assurance and quality awareness in the health sector, especially in health care service institutions.
