Position Details

The position of Director Operations is available at Alkhidmat Charity Australia Hospital in Multan. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of hospital operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: MBBS along with MBA, MHA, MPH, MPA, MS Hospital Management, or an equivalent qualification recognized by PMDC & PHC.
• Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in healthcare management or operations.
• Age: Between 35 and 60 years.

Required Skills and Competencies

Candidates must possess:

• Thorough knowledge of clinical guidelines and protocols.
• A strong understanding of Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) indicators and their implementation.
• Proven project management skills.
