Job Overview

Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research (NSICT&R), Lahore invites applications for the position of Director Nursing on a contract basis to lead the nursing department and ensure high standards of patient care.

Qualification & Eligibility

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) or equivalent qualification recognized by PNMC with valid registration; Or 3 Years Diploma in General Nursing + 1 Year Diploma in Midwifery (Female) or One Year of Specialty Program (Male) + 2 Years Post RN BSN.
• Ph.D. Or M.Phil. / MSN from an institution / university recognized by the PNMC / Higher Education Commission.
• 08 years' post qualification teaching / research / administrative experience with PhD and 10 Years post qualification teaching / research / administrative experience with M.Phil/MSN in an institute or a hospital / university recognized by the PM&DC / Higher Education Commission.
• 5 years leadership role in senior nursing position. Administrative qualification and experience along with experience in oncology or specialty care Hospital will be preferred.
