Deputy Medical Superintendent

Role Description

Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) is looking to appoint a Deputy Medical Superintendent for a two-year contract term at its Lahore facility. This leadership position is critical for the effective management and smooth operation of healthcare services. The Deputy Medical Superintendent will be instrumental in overseeing administrative functions, managing medical staff, and ensuring high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience Required

To be eligible for this role, applicants must possess an MBBS degree recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) and hold a valid PMDC registration. Further, a postgraduate qualification such as MPH, MHA, MSc in Medical Administration, or MCPS in Healthcare System Management is mandatory. Candidates are required to have 5-8 years of experience in hospital administration, along with an additional 2-3 years of experience in a relevant administrative appointment. The age limit for this position is between 45 and 55 years.
