About the Role at PERA

The Directorate General Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA), Lahore, has been established under the Punjab Enforcement & Regulation Act, 2024. PERA aims to streamline regulatory measures across Punjab for the effective enforcement of special laws. PERA is looking for highly qualified, motivated, and competent professionals for various positions on a contract basis for a period of 03 years, extendable on satisfactory performance. The position of Deputy Manager Training (SPPP-4) is an important HR/Development role within the authority. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing, and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness to enhance employee skills and performance at PERA.
