Deputy Manager IT

Position Overview

Hilal Foods is seeking a qualified and experienced IT professional to join their team as a Deputy Manager IT. This role involves managing and optimizing the company's IT network infrastructure, leading the support team, and overseeing various IT operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (B.S or B.E) in Information Technology, or a related field.
• Preference will be given to candidates holding CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certifications.

Requirements & Experience

• 3-4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in network administration, vendor coordination, and providing cross-functional support.

Job Role / Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize LAN/WAN networks, IT infrastructure, and security protocols.
• Lead the IT support team, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and effective coordination with service providers.
• Oversee network performance monitoring, system patching, and general IT operations, including billing support where applicable.
