Kot Addu Power Company Limited (Company) is a publicly listed operating a 1600 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant in District Kot Addu, Punjab of which 500 MW is currently operational, is seeking to appoint high-caliber professional to reinforce its core management team with a view to meeting evolving business challenges and supporting its strategic initiatives.Position Profile & Responsibilities
The Deputy Company Secretary, based at the Corporate Office in Lahore, will be responsible for assisting the Company Secretary in ensuring effective corporate governance and regulatory compliance.Key job responsibilities include:
- Organizing Board, Committee and General Meetings
- Managing legal and regulatory affairs
- Overseeing contract reviews and negotiations
- Maintaining statutory record
- Reporting to the Company Secretary
Eligibility Criteria
The ideal candidate must be a member of recognized professional body of Accountants or Corporate/Chartered Secretaries or holds a law degree (HEC recognized), with a minimum of 10 years' experience preferably in a listed company.Application Process
