Required Qualifications
MBBS along with requisite postgraduate qualifications and experience in relevant specialty, in accordance with prevalent PM&DC/MTI Abbottabad Regulations.Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible for administration of the respective department, fulfill responsibilities as a member of the Academic Council, work towards developing curricula as per requirements of PM&DC and KMU Peshawar, facilitate research at faculty and student's level, also engaged in patient care, facilitation and improvement of standard of clinical trenching, clinical services and Institutional Based Private Practice.Terms & Conditions
- The selected Departmental Chairperson will serve for a term of three (03) years renewable for two further terms of three (03) years each at the discretion of competent authority.
- Candidates will be appointed as per MTI, Regulations/ Rules approved by the competent authority and will be offered equivalent faculty position as per post previously held by them.
- It will be mandatory for the Selected Clinical Chairperson to do Institution Based Private Practice (IBPP) within premises of Ayub Teaching Hospital as per institutional policy and MTI Rules (amended from time to time) and will not be allowed to do any private practice including consultancy, surgery, procedures & related practices anywhere outside Ayub Teaching Hospital, MTI Abbottabad.
- Affidavit certifying consent to above condition (No.3) shall also be required to be submitted by all the interested applicants.
- Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies/Semi-Autonomous Bodies employees may apply through proper channel with NOC and candidate who is working in Private Medical College shall also submit NOC from the concerned Medical College.
- Experience certificate from PM&DC or serving or previous institution must be attached.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
- Maximum age limit to apply for said position is 65 years.
- Domicile: All Pakistan.

- A Bank draft (non-refundable) in favor of Dean, Ayub Medical College, Abbottabad of Rs.2000/- should be deposited.
- Mention Name of Post Applied on Envelope, attach original receipt of Bank Draft and one photocopy of the same must be attached with the Application Form.
