Role Overview

Women Medical College Abbottabad is looking for a qualified professional for the position of Dean at the Women Institute of Learning & Rehabilitation Sciences (WILRS).
The candidate will lead the institute, manage academic affairs, and drive excellence in rehabilitation and allied health sciences education.

Eligibility Criteria

• PhD/MS/MPhil or equivalent qualification in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in a multi-disciplinary educational Institute OR University recognized by HEC.
• Strong leadership, communication, academic management, and organizational skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Rehabilitation Sciences, Allied Health Sciences, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Pathology, Psychology, Education, or related disciplines.
• The candidate must fulfill all applicable requirements of the relevant regulatory authorities.
