This is a single, full-time position for a professional passionate about early childhood education and development. The role involves managing the daily functions of the daycare center and ensuring a high-quality environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

The Daycare Supervisor will be responsible for a range of duties to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the daycare center. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the daycare center.
• Developing and implementing a curriculum and activities for children.
• Ensuring a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for all children.
• Supervising and mentoring daycare attendants.
• Managing the daycare budget and resources effectively.
• Communicating regularly with parents and guardians regarding their children's progress.
• Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports as required.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for this position:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in childcare management or a supervisory role.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices.
• Certification: First aid and CPR knowledge is required.
