Day Care Worker

Job Overview

Directorate General Soil Survey of Punjab, Lahore under the Agriculture Department requires the services of a Day Care Worker on a daily wage / contingent paid basis for the financial year 2026-2027. Interested candidates meeting the criteria should submit their applications along with attested copies of educational certificates, domicile, CNIC, and two photographs.

Terms and Conditions

1. Applications must be accompanied by domicile, CNIC, and two attested photographs.
2. Candidates must be physically fit and free from any contagious diseases.
3. Original documents must be brought at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
4. Eligible candidates should submit applications during office hours up to 08.09.2026.
5. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in government or semi-government day care centers.
6. Successful candidates must reside within the administration premises.
7. Services can be utilized up to 30.06.2027 based on requirement.
8. Recruitment is purely on daily wage / contingent basis subject to budget availability.
9. Remuneration will be paid as per government approved daily rates.
10. Competent authority holds the right to terminate services at any time without notice.
11. Contingent paid staff will have no right to claim regularization.
12. Absence without prior notice is strictly prohibited.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Maintenance of Day Care Center setup.
2. Administrative supervision and care under Day Care Incharge.
3. Ensuring safety of children at all times.
4. Assisting in daily routine activities, feeding, changing diapers, and nap time management.
5. Planning educational and recreational activities according to age.
6. Maintaining a clean and organized environment.
7. Effective communication with parents and staff.
8. Reporting children's health and activity status to parents.
