Job Overview

The 'CM initiative for Agro Forestry for forest waste land' project is seeking applications from residents of Punjab for the temporary contract position of Database Administrator. This role involves managing and maintaining databases for the project.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification:

• Master's Degree (first Division) or grade B in Computer science or information technology.
• OR Bachelor's degree (Four years) (first Division or Grade B) in computer science or information technology from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission.

Experience:

• Two years' Experience in field of Electronic Data Processing IT, System Analysis, Computer programing or Administration of Database.
• Certified Database Administrator preferably oracle certified.

Age Limit and Scale

Age Limit: 20 to 32 years.
Scale: 8

Application Process and Conditions

Interested candidates must submit their handwritten applications on plain paper. Applications should include attested copies of domicile, character certificate, CNIC, educational certificates, experience certificates (if any), and two recent passport-size photographs.

Applications must reach the following address by May 26, 2025, during office hours:
Office of the Conservator of Forests, Dera Ghazi Khan Circle, Forest Complex near Passport office, Dera Ghazi Khan.

Important Conditions:

1. Candidates must be residents of Punjab and possess a domicile certificate.
2. Recruitment will be on a temporary contract basis. Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.
3. Candidates must mention their complete address and telephone number in the application.
4. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
5. The number of posts may be increased or decreased.
6. Applications received after the due date will not be considered.
7. Government employees should apply through the proper channel.
8. A list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the office notice board on May 28, 2025. Interviews will be conducted on the same day. Shortlisted candidates will also be informed via registered mail/call/email.
