Applications are invited for 14 positions of Data Entry Operator (BS-14) in a Federal Department Organization, for candidates domiciled in Punjab. Selected individuals will be liable to serve anywhere in the Punjab Province.Qualification and Skills
The ideal candidate for Data Entry Operator (BS-14) should possess:- Bachelor's degree.
- One year Computer / IT Diploma.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to transfer data from paper format into digital format.
- Ability to type Urdu language.
- Ability to use internet, e-mails.
- Ability to use Antivirus to protect residual data.
Age Limit and Quota
Age Limit: 18-28 years. (A general relaxation of 05 years in the upper age limit is admissible as per Government Rules).No. of Posts: 14

General Terms and Conditions
Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post. Incomplete/partially filled forms shall not be entertained. The quota reserved for Women, religious Minorities, and Disable Persons will be observed as per Government instructions. Persons already in Government Service should apply through the proper channel. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview. Only short-listed candidates will be called for test/interview. The Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the recruitment process altogether at any stage without assigning any reason(s).Application Process
Interested candidates for the Data Entry Operator (BS-14) position must follow a two-step application process:Step 1: Online Application
Apply online through the ECP's Online Recruitment System (ORS) by visiting the website www.ecp.gov.pk or jobs.ecp.gov.pk by **15-06-2025**.
Step 2: Hard Copy Submission
After submitting the online application, candidates are also required to submit hard copies of the following documents:
- Duly signed application form (as provided in the advertisement or downloadable).
- The auto-generated online application form (from the ORS portal) as a cover note.
- Copies of all requisite educational certificates and diplomas.
- Copy of CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).
- Copy of Domicile certificate.
- Copy of NOC (No Objection Certificate), if already in Government service.
- One recent passport-size photograph, duly attached.
