Controller of Examination (BPS-20)

About the Role

Sardar Bahadur Khan Women's University, Quetta, is offering a challenging and rewarding opportunity for the position of Controller of Examination (BPS-20). This is a senior management role on a three-year contract basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for the entire examination system of the university, including the planning, organization, and conduct of all examinations, as well as the timely compilation and declaration of results, ensuring confidentiality and integrity throughout the process.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfill the following criteria to be eligible for this post:

• Education: M.A / M.Sc or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
• Experience: A minimum of 12 years of administrative experience in a post equivalent to BPS-17 or above in a University, Board, or Government Organization. Crucially, at least five years of this experience must be in handling examination affairs at a reputable institution.
• Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates who possess higher academic qualifications and have relevant experience serving in a BPS-19 post for at least five years. Preference will also be extended to female candidates who meet all conditions.
• Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with security software, is required.
• Age Limit: The maximum age limit for applicants is 55 years.
• Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.

1. Download the Application Form from the university's official website: www.sbkwu.edu.pk/jobs.
2. A non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 4,000/- must be submitted. This can be paid through a Challan form at the National Bank of Pakistan, BMC Branch, Quetta, or via a Bank Draft in favor of the 'Treasurer Sardar Bahadur Khan Women's University Quetta'.
3. Attach attested copies of the following documents with the application form: CV, all educational degrees, detailed mark sheets, experience certificates, NOC (for government employees), three recent passport-size photographs, CNIC, and Local/Domicile Certificate.
4. The complete application package must be sent to the HR Department, SBKWU, Quetta.
5. The closing date for the receipt of applications is 24 July, 2025.

Important Notes:

• Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
• Applicants already in government service must apply through the proper channel.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
