Job Overview
The Directorate of Elementary & Secondary Education, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar, has announced a recruitment drive for the post of Computer Operator (BPS-16). A total of 69 vacancies are available for permanent appointment. These positions are open to both male and female candidates who are domiciled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (including merged tribal districts). This is an excellent chance to join a key government department and contribute to the educational infrastructure of the province.Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Computer Operator position, candidates must meet one of the following educational qualifications from an HEC-recognized university/board:- A second-class Bachelor's degree (4 years) in Computer Science (BCS).
- OR A second-class Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) combined with a one-year diploma in Information Technology from a recognized Board of Technical Education.
Age Limit: The required age for applicants is between 18 and 35 years as of the application deadline.

Application and Selection Process
The application process will be managed by the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA). Candidates must follow these steps:1. Visit the ETEA website to access the online application form. The application portal will be open from 10th July, 2025, to 8th August, 2025.
2. Fill out the application form carefully and submit it online within the specified dates.
3. Selection will be based on a screening test conducted by ETEA and academic qualifications. The total score will be out of 200 marks, with 100 marks allocated for the test and 100 for academic achievements.
4. Candidates must provide attested copies of their educational documents, CNIC, and domicile. All degrees must be verified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the relevant board.
5. Incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline of August 8, 2025, will not be considered. No TA/DA will be provided for the test or interview.

درخواست دینے کا طریقہ
nتمام درخواستیں ایجوکیشنل ٹیسٹنگ اینڈ ایویلیوایشن ایجنسی (ETEA) کی ویب سائٹ کے ذریعے آن لائن جمع کروائی جائیں گی۔ درخواست فارم 10 جولائی 2025 سے 08 اگست 2025 تک دستیاب ہوں گے۔ انتخاب خالصتاً میرٹ کی بنیاد پر ہوگا جس کا تعین ETEA کے ٹیسٹ اور تعلیمی قابلیت کی بنیاد پر کیا جائے گا۔ نامکمل یا آخری تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواستیں قابل قبول نہیں ہوں گی۔
