Role Overview

The University of Science & Technology (UST), Bannu requires the services of three Computer Operators on a contract basis. The initial contract duration is one year, which may be extended based on satisfactory performance according to UST, Bannu Statutes-2018. The role involves handling computer-related tasks and operations within the university.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree with 1st division or a Diploma in Computer Science (1st division) from an institution recognized by the relevant Board/University. A mandatory written test covering English, Maths, Analytical skills, Pakistan Studies, Islamiyat, and General Knowledge must be passed (securing 50% marks). Shortlisted candidates will proceed to an interview.

Terms & Conditions

All appointments are strictly on a contract basis without the right of regular adjustment. A written test is compulsory for this position. Only candidates shortlisted after the test will be invited for an interview. No TA/DA is admissible for the test/interview process. Candidates must produce original documents during the interview.

Submit the duly filled application form along with the required documents to the Registrar's office by 30.04.2025. The required documents include:

• Attested copies of academic degrees/certificates/diplomas.
• Attested copies of experience certificates (if any).
• Attested copy of domicile certificate.
• Attested copy of CNIC.
• Two recent passport-size photographs.
• A non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 3000/- submitted via Bank Draft (in favor of 'Treasurer, University of Science & Technology Bannu') or Bank Challan (deposited at Bank of Khyber Account No. 049999002006393945).

Ensure a separate application form and fee are submitted for each post. Include contact details (Landline, Mobile, Postal Address, E-mail) in the application form. Late or incomplete applications will be rejected.
