Role Overview

BRAINS INSTITUTE PESHAWAR is seeking a Computer Lab Assistant to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of its computer laboratories. This role is crucial for facilitating student learning and practical sessions related to IT.

Eligibility Criteria

Intermediate (FA/F.Sc/ICS or equivalent) qualification.
A Diploma in Information Technology (IT) is required.
Networking experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting students and faculty with computer hardware and software issues in the lab.
Maintaining computer lab equipment, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Ensuring lab resources are available and in working order.
Monitoring lab usage and enforcing lab policies.
