We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Acquisition Specialist (also referred to as Business Developer) to drive growth and forge strategic partnerships within our UI/UX Design Department in Lahore, Punjab.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties for this role include:

• Strategic Growth: Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the UI/UX design services portfolio, identifying new market opportunities and driving revenue growth.
• Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure new clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored UI/UX design solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
• Proposal Development: Lead the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate the value of our UI/UX design services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the UI/UX design team to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met, facilitating seamless project execution.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the software or design industry, with a focus on UI/UX services.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, processes, and the value they bring to businesses.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

• Shift Timing: 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM
• Location: Bankers Town Near DHA Phase 4 Lahore
