Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. A Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or a related field will be an advantage. Applicants must have registration as a Professional Engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Furthermore, a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible professional experience in civil engineering design, planning, cost estimation, and contract administration is required.How to Apply
