The Pakistan Meteorological Department invites applications for the position of Civil Engineer under the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP). Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. A Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or a related field is an advantage. Applicants must have at least 10 years of progressively responsible professional experience in civil engineering design, planning, cost estimation, preparation of BOQs, construction supervision, contract administration, and quality assurance. Registration as a Professional Engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory.Application Method
