شرائط و ضوابط (Terms and Conditions)

۱۔ دلچسپی رکھنے والے امیدواران جن کا تعلق متعلقہ ضلع (بنزاره) سے ہو، اپنی درخواستیں بمعہ تصدیق شدہ قومی شناختی کارڈ، دو عدد پاسپورٹ سائز تصاویر، ڈومیسائل اور تعلیمی اسناد کی نقولات اشتہار شائع ہونے کے 15 دن کے اندر جمع کروائیں۔
۲۔ امیدواران جو ایک سے زائد اسامیوں کے لئے درخواست دے رہے ہیں، ہر اسامی کے لئے علیحدہ درخواست جمع کروائیں۔
۳۔ سرکاری ملازمین اپنے محکمہ کے توسط سے درخواست دیں۔
۵۔ منتخب امیدواروں کی تعیناتی مروجہ سرکاری پالیسی کے مطابق کی جائے گی۔
۶۔ عمر میں رعایت موجودہ سرکاری قوانین کے مطابق دی جائے گی۔
۷۔ صرف شارٹ لسٹڈ امیدواروں کو ٹیسٹ/انٹرویو کے لئے بلایا جائے گا۔ کوئی ٹی اے/ڈی اے نہیں دیا جائے گا۔
۸۔ مرد و خواتین دونوں درخواست دینے کے اہل ہیں۔
۹۔ نامکمل درخواستیں قابل غور نہیں ہوں گی۔
۱۰۔ تاخیر سے موصول ہونے والی درخواستیں قبول نہیں کی جائیں گی۔
۱۱۔ انٹرویو کا شیڈول بعد میں بذریعہ پریس جاری کیا جائے گا۔
۱۲۔ محکمہ ہذا بغیر کوئی وجہ بتائے بھرتی کا عمل منسوخ یا اسامیوں کی تعداد میں کمی بیشی کرنے کا اختیار رکھتا ہے۔

Eligible candidates should submit their applications, complete with attested copies of CNIC, two recent passport-size photographs, domicile certificate (Panzara), and educational documents. Applications must reach the office of the Section Officer (Admin), Finance Department, Gilgit-Baltistan, within 15 days from the advertisement's publication date. Ensure the post name is clearly written on the envelope.
