Job Overview

Applications are invited for 2 temporary (work charge) posts of Chowkidar by the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Bard Division, Sheikhupura, for a 45-day period in 2025. The Chowkidar will be responsible for guarding departmental property.

Qualifications and Eligibility

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Education: Literate.
• Physical Fitness: Must be healthy and physically fit.
• Domicile: Must be a permanent resident of Sheikhupura District.
• Age: 18 to 45 years.

Appointment Details

This temporary, 45-day work charge position follows the recruitment policy of the Government of Punjab (Admin Department No.S(E-III)8-6/2021 dated 20-01-2022) and can be terminated without notice.

Interested applicants must submit their application on plain paper with attested copies of CNIC, Domicile, two recent passport-size photographs, and educational proof (if any) to the office of the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Bard Division, Sheikhupura, by the deadline of May 12, 2025.

Interview/Test Schedule

Interviews for shortlisted candidates will be held on May 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Bard Division, Sheikhupura. Candidates need to bring their original documents. No TA/DA will be paid.
