About the Role at PERA

The Directorate General Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA), Lahore, has been established under the Punjab Enforcement & Regulation Act, 2024. PERA aims to streamline regulatory measures across Punjab for the effective enforcement of special laws. PERA is looking for highly qualified, motivated, and competent professionals for various positions on a contract basis for a period of 03 years, extendable on satisfactory performance. The position of Chief Technology Officer (SPPP-1) is a key role within the authority. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall technology strategy, overseeing IT infrastructure, and driving innovation to support PERA's objectives.

Hiring shall be carried out as per the Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (Appointment and Conditions of Service for Contractual Employees) Regulations, 2025.
Applicants must submit their application online through the Punjab job portal: https://jobs.punjab.gov.pk/. It is mandatory to attach all copies of educational certificates, experience certificates, and other relevant documents with the online application.
Incomplete applications will not be considered and shall be rejected.
No TA/DA (Travelling Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be provided to candidates for appearing in any test or interview.
Only candidates who are shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria will be called for a test and/or interview.
The deadline for submission of applications is 25th June 2025.
Individuals currently employed in Government Departments must apply through the proper official channels and are required to meet the minimum criteria as stipulated in the PERA Regulations.
